Combined Services is an ordering model created to bundle existing Technical Services and Advanced Services subscription offerings. This model does not involve any new Services that are not available as a standalone offering outside of Combined Services. The Services that comprise any configured Combined Services deal may be accessed at www.cisco.com/go/servicedescriptions. Cisco Services, including Technical Services and Advanced Services, are outlined in the Service Quote. Cisco will provide a Quote for Services setting out the extent of the Services and duration that Cisco will provide such Services. Cisco will receive a Purchase Order that references the Quote and terms agreed to between the parties. Cisco will provide the Combined Service as outlined in the Purchase Order and Quote for which Cisco has been paid the appropriate fee.
